📌¿Quien tiene la ultima palabra sobre el mercado inmobiliario❓️

La regla de oro de una buena inversión es estar bien informado.

Sin embargo...

❌️¿Realmente son expertos los políticos que nunca han manejado una nómina?

❌️¿Los  economistas expertos que solo hablan de teorías?

❌️¿Los medios tradicionales que solo transmiten noticias por encargo?

 Hay que cuidar a quien se escucha.

Desde la pandemia, me he vuelto muy cuidadoso en el tipo de información que recibo de noticieros, prensa y políticos  (con mayor razón los de turno). 

Y aunque algunos me critican de irresponsable por no estar al tanto del día a día; el punto no es negarse a ver la realidad, los hechos son lo que son, la diferencia es la actitud que decido tomar ante éstos.

Cuando empiezo a escuchar a algunos expertos diciendo una cosa; otros que dicen lo contrario; es cuando empiezo a educarme por mi cuenta, a leer diferentes fuentes;  a asomarme a la ventana.

Conociendo diferentes puntos de vista, Al final  somos responsables de nuestras propias decisiones financieras.

Latest headlines about the Colombia real estate market:

🚫 - In March, Total Housing sales fell to 25,4% compared to last year
🚫 - Units sold of Subsidized housing fell by 61%.
🚫 - Social Housing total sales are almost the same as the pandemic rates. It means a 10-year setback in the social housing policy

On the other hand

✅ Prices of used housing increased by 7,7%
✅Demand along with prices for apartments for rent in Medellin skyrocketed.
✅- Proptech Habi receives USD 100 million from international banking to potentialize its business model
✅- In spite of high Inflation and interest rates sales of used homes are increasing.

Not everybody talks about Santander, Colombia.
Foreign investment in Santander has been significant in recent years, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Some of the most relevant foreign investments in Santander:

1. Repsol (Spain)- $900m investment in Cañahuate gas field.

2. Sacyr-led consortium - building 528km Ruta del Cacao highway.

2. Gran Colombia Gold and Red Eagle Mining (Canada)- investing in gold and silver mining projects in Santander.

Colombia real estate market update 2023.

The increase in interest rates over the last three months is an important factor that could affect the residential real estate market in Colombia. Higher interest rates can lead to increased borrowing costs, which can make it more difficult for buyers to afford a mortgage, potentially reducing demand for real estate.

Reports from "La Galería Inmobiliaria" and "Camacol Coordenada Urbana" suggest that the Colombian residential real estate market has been experiencing strong demand driven by a range of factors, including a growing middle class and a more stable political environment.
