Challe Delphine Eloe est une jeune camerounaise doté d’un leadership avéré et titulaire d’un Bachelor’s degree in Economics obtenu à l’Université de Buéa. Doté d’une riche expérience dans l’univers de l’analyse financier et partant du constat selon lequel plus de 60% des Camerounais n'ont pas accès aux soins de santé parce qu'ils les perçoivent comme plus chers, elle lance avec son partenaire le projet Nyorocare qui a pour objectif de rendre possible l'accès à des soins de santé de qualité en fournissant des prêts médicaux instantanés aux personnes à faible revenu dans les zones rurales sans garantie ou en remplissant des formulaires au moment du besoin. Le principe est simple, les clients s'inscrivent gratuitement, lorsqu'ils tombent malades ou en cas d'urgence puis se rendent dans n'importe quel établissement de santé partenaire à proximité, se font soigner. NyoroCare paie les factures directement à l'établissement de santé et le client paie plus t**d en fonction des termes et conditions définies en fonction des possibilités de chacun.

Challe Delphine Eloe is a young Cameroonian with proven leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Buéa. With extensive experience in the world of financial analysis and starting from the observation that more than 60% of Cameroonians do not have access to health care because they perceive it to be more expensive, she and her partner launched the Nyorocare project, which aims to make access to quality health care possible by providing instant medical loans to low-income people in rural areas without collateral or by completing forms when needed. The principle is simple: clients register free of charge, when they fall ill or in an emergency and then go to any nearby partner health facility for treatment. NyoroCare pays the invoices directly to the health care facility and the customer pays later according to the terms and conditions defined according to each person's possibilities.
