KOCCUL has 3 major share types. Ordinary Members Shares, Preference Shares and Founding Members Golden Shares.
With Ordinary Members Shares
You become a member and owner of the business with equal rights as everyone in voting and any other rights. The Shares are 50000Frs and 15000frs minimum but Maximum shares is 20% of Total Shares of the Union.
With Preference Shares,
This share is more of Ordinary Investment for 5% annual dividends rate, a Share is 100k without any maximum. It depends on the amount you're willing to invest. But before you subscribe to these shares you must become a full member of KOCCUL with a full account opening charge of 75k where your shares is 50k other account opening charges 15k including documentation for signatory, the balance to your savings account.
And Finally Founding Members Golden Shares.
This share gives you the opportunity to be recognized as a Founding Members of the Institution, for 6% annual dividends rate, a Share is 100k without any maximum but you must subscribe for 3shares at the beginning to give you the rights as a Founding member. It depends on the amount you're willing to invest. But before you subscribe to these shares you must become a full member of KOCCUL with a full account opening charge of 75k where your shares is 50k other account opening charges 15k including documentation for signatory, the balance to your savings account. Also other benefits to this shares is that you can become a BoD Member if you wish, You have a special considered rate on loans you apply for, your name is recorded in founding members book for future founding members benefits when the union is doing very well.
