Fondue Chinoise is a Swiss dish where you cook thin slices of meat in hot broth, often with dipping sauces. It's a fun and interactive dining experience.

Distribute the meat into portions and store it covered in the refrigerator.

Peel and slice the vegetables. Bring water to a boil with the vegetables, thyme, parsley, bay leaf, and clove. Season with salt and let it simmer for about 1 hour. Strain the broth through a sieve and pour it back into the pot.

Additional Information:
This dish pairs well with sauces, bread, rice, chips, salads, cornichons, baby corn, sweet-and-sour vegetables, pre-cooked vegetables, and fruits.
You can prepare the broth in advance: Prepare it up to 1 day ahead, let it calm, and store it covered in the refrigerator.
