🌍 Our colleagues recently took part in a Social Day at Fundacja Splot Społeczny in Warsaw – a place that brings circular economy and community support to life.

During the day, the team contributed hands-on by sorting hundreds of kilograms of donated clothes, carrying out small repairs, and helping maintain the space that hosts initiatives such as the Creative Circle (Obieg Twórczy) and the circular shop Circle of Things (Obieg Rzeczy).

Beyond the activities, the experience offered a powerful reminder of how much impact can be created collectively in just a few hours.

A shared lunch prepared from rescued food – ingredients that would otherwise go to waste – reflected the foundation’s mission: giving a second life not only to objects, but also to resources often overlooked.

Through this initiative, we supported Fundacja Splot Społeczny in strengthening community engagement and promoting sustainability at a local level.

🌱 The SIX Social Days initiative gives employees the opportunity once a year to contribute to social or environmental projects and create meaningful impact together.

What an inspiring few days at the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026 in Warsaw! ✨

Over the past week, we had the privilege to present our company as an employer at one of Europe’s largest gatherings for women in tech — bringing together thousands of participants for learning, networking, and meaningful exchange.

From engaging conversations at the SIX booth, to mentoring sessions and a highly interactive workshop, the event created many opportunities to connect, learn, and exchange ideas with a diverse and inspiring community.

Participants worked through real-life scenarios, explored decision-making under pressure, and shared valuable perspectives on collaboration and communication.

During the “Meet SIX” session at the Career Stage, and shared insights into working at SIX and building a career in tech — highlighting growth opportunities, the importance of diversity and inclusion, and how future-ready roles are evolving in a rapidly changing industry. They also offered practical perspectives from their own story, and personal tips on maintaining work–life balance while building resilience.

Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting Women in AI: From Ideation to Driving Responsible Impact, in partnership with Elevate Tech 🤝

During the mentoring sessions, selected participants had the opportunity to exchange with and learn from female leaders across different companies and industries.

On the main stage, our speakers — Julinda Gllavata, Jennifer Chang and Dr. Rehana Harasgama-Zehnder — shared perspectives across the full AI lifecycle: from turning ideas into production-ready solutions to scaling responsibly, building strong governance, and delivering value well beyond the proof-of-concept stage.

But beyond the insights, what stood out was the power of representation and community.

At SIX, we believe that inclusion is a driver of better outcomes — and supporting platforms like this is how we turn that belief into action. 💡

Introducing the IDCN at SIX

We are pleased to announce our partnership with the International Dual Career Network (IDCN) 🎉

IDCN’s mission is to support employees and spouses of their members companies in building their professional network and navigating international transitions.

This week, to support the local launch in Switzerland we gathered employees and their spouses and partners in our Zurich office.

After a short welcome and opening by Kati Tarpila they were learned more about IDCN the benefits of joining the program from Byron Reid, got inspired by a personal story from ICDN member Marila Ruiu and enjoyed a moment to connect and exchange experiences during the networking part.

Belonging starts from day one, for both our employees and the people who move with them.
