Homeoffice ade?

Heute beginnt die zweite Etappe der Lockerungen nach dem . Somit ein guter Zeitpunkt eine erste Bilanz zum zu ziehen:
Unsere Erfahrungen waren insgesamt positiv. Die Produktivität konnte hochgehalten werden, zusätzliche Abstimmungen haben die informelle Kommunikation im Office genügend kompensiert. Dass wir schon vor der Krise digital aufgestellt waren, hat natürlich dabei geholfen. Jedes Teammitglied hatte bereits einen Laptop, zusätzliche Bildschirme und Heads-Set wurden bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt.
Aufgrund dieser positiven Bilanz wird dem Team auch in Zukunft mehr Möglichkeiten geben verstärkt von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten - denn nicht Facetime zählt sondern Output.
