Did you know that Bittr’s 999 CHF limit applies to a rolling 30-day window, NOT PER CALENDAR MONTH.
That means we always look back 30 days from ‘today’.

Monthly DCAs can exceed the limit in one case: If you buy on Feb 1 and again on Mar 1, those purchases are only 28 days apart and could exceed the limit.

CARF, DAC8, tax reporting: What do the new rules mean for Bittr?

We just published a post that breaks down what the new regulation framework means and how it affects us.

TLDR:
🇪🇺 EU: data collection started on January 1st, 2026, but the first reporting/exchange is expected from 2027.

🇨🇭 Switzerland: CARF is expected at the earliest from 2027.

🐷💰 For Bittr in 2026: no automatic tax reporting, and the KYC-light model (up to 999 CHF/€ per 30 days) stays.

I’ve been digging into Bitaxe lately.

The odds with a typical Bitaxe (~1.3 TH/s) to find a block and get 3.125 Bitcoin:

per day: ~1 in 3.2 million
per month: ~1 in 107,000
per year: ~1 in 8,800

😅 Tiny chances… but not zero (already happened before).

Bittr has now implemented BIP322, the new message signing standard! 🎉

Hey fellow Bitcoiners! I played around with the new BIP322 and implemented it on bittr! As far as I know, the only wallet it works with is Sparrow wallet and Phantom, does anyone here know another wallet that has it implemented?
