With the current situation of the world and the negative impacts of climate change, businesses will slowly have to commit to reducing their carbon emissions eventually. Regulations for disclosing and reducing emissions will only get more rigorous.

Decarbonization was deemed as just something noble to do. Now it is a big business opportunity as the world is realizing the need for change and for solutions for climate change.

artistic consultant/coach and theatrical education director, Maria Olon Tsaroucha as well as her incredible book called “Supraconscious: The Genius within You”.

Maria Tsaroucha is an informal advisor and a close connection of 25onehundred, often consulting and sharing her knowledge with us on building our project “Mazi Mas” here in Greece.

Inspired by her book, which talks about the “quantum science of acting on stage and in life”, the team of 25onehundred undred had the pleasure of connecting with her and being invited into her lovely home on the island of Naxos. During our time there, we had a number of amazing brainstorming sessions on how to collaborate and were particularly intrigued by work and theory depicting “a contemporary, tangible metaphysics, fusing theories of quantum physics with mindfulness and the famous Method of the Actors’ Studio, in a new harmony”.

Η Μαρία Όλον Τσαρούχα είναι άτυπη σύμβουλος και στενή σχέση με την εταιρεία μας, 25onehundred, συμβουλεύοντας μας συχνά και μοιράζοντας τις γνώσεις της μαζί μας συμβάλλοντας έτσι στην κατασκευή του project μας "Mazi Mas" στους χώρους της Αθήνας.

Εμπνευσμένη από το βιβλίο της, το οποίο μιλάει για την "κβαντική επιστήμη της υποκριτικής επί σκηνής και στη ζωή", η ομάδα του είχε τη χαρά να συνδεθεί μαζί της και να προσκληθεί στο υπέροχο σπίτι της στο νησί της Νάξου. Κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας εκεί, είχαμε μια σειρά από καταπληκτικές brainstorming συνεδρίες και μας κίνησε ιδιαίτερα το ενδιαφέρον το έργο και θεωρία της που απεικονίζει "μια σύγχρονη, απτή μεταφυσική, που συνδυάζει τις θεωρίες της κβαντικής φυσικής με την ενσυνειδητότητα και την περίφημη μέθοδο του Actors' Studio, σε μια νέα αρμονία".

Anna Blume, amongst many other companies and projects, co-founded ClearCO2, a company that “offers a Platform empowering SMEs to profit from carbon accounting, buy from sustainable suppliers and reverse climate change”, providing that way “a marketplace for solutions to reduce carbon footprint and generate credits”.

Inspired by her actions, and with the help of Meraki People and, specifically, Christiana Gardikioti who brought us together, the team of 25onehundred connected with her last September, and, a while back, we had the opportunity to meet Blume in person in our new headquarters in Athens and schedule a fantastic brainstorming session, networking that way with a fellow impact entrepreneur whose mindset towards climate protection only rivals our own.

Η Anna Blume, μεταξύ πολλών άλλων εταιρειών και έργων, είναι συνιδρύτρια της ClearCO2, μιας εταιρείας που "προσφέρει μια πλατφόρμα που δίνει τη δυνατότητα σε μικρές και μεσσαίες επιχειρήσεις να επωφεληθούν από τη λογιστική του άνθρακα, να αγοράσουν από βιώσιμους προμηθευτές και να αντιστρέψουν την κλιματική αλλαγή", παρέχοντας με αυτόν τον τρόπο "μια αγορά λύσεων για τη μείωση του αποτυπώματος άνθρακα και τη δημιουργία πιστώσεων".

Εμπνευσμένη από τις ενέργειές της, και με τη βοήθεια της ΜΚΟ merakipeople και, συγκεκριμένα, της Christiana Gardikioti που μας έφερε σε επαφή, η ομάδα του 25onehundred συνδέθηκε μαζί της τον περασμένο Σεπτέμβριο και, πριν από λίγο καιρό, είχαμε την ευκαιρία να συναντήσουμε την Anna Blume αυτοπροσώπως στα νέα μας κεντρικά γραφεία στην Αθήνα και να προγραμματίσουμε ένα φανταστικό brainstorming, δικτυωνόμενοι με αυτόν τον τρόπο με μια συνάδελφο επιχειρηματία αντίκτυπου της οποίας η νοοτροπία απέναντι στην προστασία του κλίματος ανταγωνίζεται μόνο τη δική μας.

We have already extensively talked about the movement of co-design on this platform, what it is, why it is so important, what it means for us and how it can be used to have a positive impact on all involved parties.

But, talking about its importance doesn’t mean we are yet at the point where we can successfully use its fundamentals to create participatory processes that matter for our business, our communities, and our societies.

So, make sure to check out the essential stages that we need to establish when it comes to co-designing a project, an activity, a workshop, a policy, or anything really that involves multiple parties. These are highly important stages that we need to closely follow in order to create something that will have a fundamentally positive impact on all stakeholders, not only the ones who are in charge, or the ones whom we just happened to affect.

🇬🇷 Έχουμε ήδη μιλήσει εκτενώς για το κίνημα του συν-σχεδιασμού σε αυτή την πλατφόρμα, τι είναι, γιατί είναι τόσο σημαντικό, τι σημαίνει για εμάς και πώς μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για να έχει θετικό αντίκτυπο σε όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη.

Όμως, το να μιλάμε για τη σημασία του δεν σημαίνει ότι βρισκόμαστε ακόμη στο σημείο όπου μπορούμε να ακολουθήσουμε με επιτυχία τις βασικές του αρχές για να συν-δημιουργήσουμε συμμετοχικές διαδικασίες που έχουν σημασία για τις επιχειρήσεις μας, τις κοινότητές μας αλλά και τις κοινωνίες μας.

Γι' αυτό, σας παρουσιάζουμε τα βασικά στάδια που πρέπει να καθιερώσουμε όταν πρόκειται να συν-διαμορφώσουμε ένα έργο, μια δραστηριότητα, ένα εργαστήριο, μια πολιτική ή οτιδήποτε πραγματικά εμπλέκει πολλά και διαφορετικά άτομα. Πρόκειται για εξαιρετικά σημαντικά στάδια που πρέπει να ακολουθήσουμε στενά προκειμένου να δημιουργήσουμε κάτι που θα έχει θεμελιωδώς θετικό αντίκτυπο σε όλα τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη, όχι μόνο σε αυτούς που είναι υπεύθυνοι ή σε αυτούς που απλώς έτυχε να επηρεάσουμε.
