Critical infrastructure rarely fails without warning.
The challenge is knowing which signals matter before a developing condition becomes an outage.

We're pleased to spearhead the seed financing round in Zero Parallax Technologies AB, a company helping operators move from periodic inspection to continuous infrastructure intelligence.

From periodic observation to continuous visibility.
From maintenance schedules to infrastructure intelligence.

Momenta has led an investment in Frenos, alongside a strong syndicate.

AI is accelerating cyber threats.
OT security is still manual and episodic.
Why? Even routine scans can disrupt operations so production systems are rarely tested.

Frenos changes that by combining:
- a digital twin of the OT environment built from existing data
- AI adversary simulation and attack path analysis
- prioritized mitigations and posture management without touching production systems

Safe to deploy.
Continuous by design.
Built to scale.

From periodic testing to continuous resilience.

Momenta leads Frenos investment. AI-native OT cybersecurity platform using digital twins and adversary simulation for continuous risk assessment, for operators.

We first invested in Luffy in 2024.

We are investing again because our conviction has strengthened.

Industrial AI has spent the last decade helping operators understand and predict.
The next decade will be about adaptation.

Luffy is building neuroplastic AI for real time adaptive control, enabling physical systems to continuously learn and improve at the edge. This is applied AI embedded into the systems that power industry.

Congratulations to Matthew Carr, Alex Meakins and the Luffy team on their £8.1M Series A financing.

Momenta increases investment in Luffy AI: Adaptive intelligence becomes the control layer for Physical AI, enabling industrial systems to learn and adapt.
