As novas Leis sobre o "arrendamento" não só não são [tanto] sobre o ARRENDAMENTO, como representam uma nova Era que aí vem: no fundo a "propriedade privada" (sobretudo a "pequena propriedade", mas para o caso dos imóveis - prédios e terrenos - qualquer propriedade), tal como a conhecíamos, é insustentável, ineficiente, frustrante, dificultadora do desenvolvimento, impeditiva dum Futuro digno, humano e equitável.

Quem quiser que se queixe... mas quem se adapta em geral é quem sai por cima.

When we mention the Future, what we have in mind is first & foremost a Vision.

Therefore the Future is an Idea, an idealistic Utopia projected by our Mind into the (be)Coming of Time.

But the Future can also be thought as a space: a ongoing project of construction, from such comes the phrase "we are building the future".

The Future [Vision] needs to be "built" indeed, metaphorically...

But in the actual sense the Future absolutely will have to be literally built from scratch mostly: today's infrastructure is for the most part crumbling, disajusted + fatally un-integrated.

The future demands not only new home quality standards but an whole new LANDSCAPE & URBAN DESIGNING model!

In a rapidily changing world, merely stating the obvious, sometimes sounds like something visionary.

The future of Finance is Digital.

The future of Bank is

And the future of ownership is Digital Token or Entry.

Not simply as currently the holding of certain liquid instrument such as stock, bond, option, future, etf or mutual fund, financial derivative such as warrant or Cfd... but also the ownership of many real asset will move online.

Industrial Machinery, Home, Condo, Land, Truck, Bus, Forest, Boat, Oil Rig, Construction Machinery etc etc etc... All these asset will become digitally owned and exchanged, not only the asset itself but an whole panoplia of contracts + financial derivatives associated to them will move online.

There's no Industry as in the verge of + change as Finance is at this moment.
