Women Agriculture Society Chalt Nagar has organized a three days intensive workshop for women organizations of Shainber District Nagar. The program was funded by AKRSP under its BEST4WEER project. PMCC, GB has provided facilitator for training. The workshop was focused on Organizational development and Strengthening, Financial Management and Monitoring & Evaluation.
Legal compliances, Organizational structure, and Financial Authorization Matrixs were throughly discussed and developed basic structure of financial policy that will be further developed and furnished with the BoDs and Executive Bodies of their organizations.
The participants expressed their gratitude for providing such a great learning oppurtunity to develop and strengthening their organizations in a proper manner and whole heartedly thanked AKRSP.
