PACE, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, may provide coordinated healthcare, medication management, transportation, in-home support, meals, social activities and other services for eligible older adults.

Programs are available only in select locations in Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Availability and eligibility vary.

Because of the 2026 Colorado wildfires, Connect for Health Colorado has opened a Special Enrollment Period from July 14 through September 12, 2026.

This means you may be eligible to enroll in health insurance now, you may not have to wait until the regular Open Enrollment Period.

Depending on your household size and income, you may also qualify for financial assistance to help lower your monthly premium or healthcare costs.
