We’d like to shout out also Lawrence from for his quick help to fix a steel-related problem that have been bugging me for days! This man is the best in the business, period!

This 8.5” integral chef’s weighs only 7 oz with a compound grind! We recorded a 60-61 Rockwell on 6 points all over the edge! How about that??

Another day, another 🪶! We are pleased to show you the latest blade signed SBK. Made of a bit too much Ws of 1084/15n20, the blade was forged with a thick ricasso which suprised us on how confortable the grip is!! The handle comes from a gorgeous stabilised dyed maple!! ❤️

These two are really special. They were crafted as gifts from us to Marc Seguin. For those of you who don’t know him, he is a globally recognized painter, successful multi-entrepreneur, philantrope and overall an immensely great guy that do a lot in his community.

To him, we present a classic chef’s knife paired with a small hunting knife both bearing dark feathers, a style that goes well with his own.
