Jim’s life experience has prompted him to become involved in various organizations and charities. Realizing that community and family are everything, Jim has been an active member of the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of London and Region since 2017. He has organized teams of volunteers to cook for the families staying at Ronald McDonald House while they were visiting their children at the Children’s Hospital in London. He also became a supporter of the Children’s Health Foundation of London after his son, Liam, was diagnosed with Viral Triggered Anemia as a toddler, which required a week of hospitalization in the intensive care unit of the Children’s Hospital and months of follow-up care and checkups.
