Merchants Corner Housing located at 540 Pritchard Avenue & 541 Selkirk Avenue is proud to offer affordable housing with rents geared to income.

1, 2 & 3 bedroom suites available to applicants who meet one of the following criteria::
- Students enrolled or accepted at an educational institution on Selkirk Avenue or another North End facility.
- Youth 18+ years of age living in the North End and accessing support services in the area.
- Referrals from Child and Family Services of youth aging out of care.
- Students from other educational institutes in need of affordable housing.

All utilities and air conditioning included. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking available. No smoking & no pet policies.
