Coworking is coming together in a community to share resources including space to host business activities, networking, and creating opportunities to grow. We aim to host our Indigenous and allied communities in a cultural and forward-thinking space ready to foster our youth while honouring our past. For countless generations, Indigenous peoples from across North America found their way to where t

he Red and Assiniboine rivers meet. On the banks and surrounding areas, they traded for food, furs, information and grew into Manitoba’s capital city of Winnipeg. honours those traditions by offering a place to gather rooted in history using an online virtual community.

2020 brought us to places we couldn't have imagined. We faced overwhelming challenges, old wounds, and nurtured new potential.

We are thankful for the wisdom and support of our community.

2021 will bring Canoe Coworking closer to its goal of supporting Indigenous entrepreneurs and communities in innovative ways.
