Wow! This house went through an incredible transformation. This West Kildonan 1920's bungalow was converted into a modern open-concept home that's got a condo feel. Refer back to the 2 Before albums (Exterior & Interior) to compare for yourself. This was our most extensive project to date.

These pictures are quite creepy. We had to break into this house in order to see it. The owner did not have any keys to his own house. The photos reveal how the owner just got up and left one day, never to return. The house was broken into by kids many times over the years. It was used as a drug house before the police boarded up the house.

This house had been abandonded by its owner for over 5 years. It was left to rot. Through a lot of hard work and persistance, we were able to track down the owner and purchase the house at a good price. Examine the photos to see what an abandoned house looks like. This was originally Grandma's house. We extensively renovated this home and converted it into a modern open concept starter home. It was perfect for the first time home buyer who purchased it. Excited to provide them with a great looking, high quality home.
