A young couple made the big decision to relocate provinces and begin a new chapter in Ontario. Major life moves come with many moving parts, and we were honoured to help make the financing side of that transition smooth and manageable.

A young couple continued growing their real estate portfolio with another rental property purchase, taking another meaningful step toward long-term wealth creation and financial security through real estate investing.

🌊 A Dream Vacation Property in the Interlake
An American family purchased their dream vacation property in Manitoba’s beautiful Interlake region — creating a place where family traditions, summer memories, and future gatherings can take root for years to come.

📉 Did You Get Your Fixed Rate Mortgage in Late 2023?

When many homeowners secured their mortgages at the end of 2023, rates were near, and often over 6%.
Today, some borrowers may have an opportunity to reduce their rate and payment even after paying the penalty to break their mortgage.

Every situation is different, but we’ve recently seen cases where clients were able to save money overall by doing a mid-term transfer or refinance.

We've recently been able to save clients quite a bit of money while making their mortgage payments more affordable.

Client 1: Estimated savings of $11,667 and a lower payment of $218/month
Client 2: Estimated interest savings of $13,234 and a lower payment of $257 per month
Client 3: Estimated interest savings of $12,189 and a lower payment of $234 per month.
Client 4: Applied for a ManulifeOne and paid a $12,000 penalty at his current lender; we lowered his monthly payment by almost $800 and projected savings of over $10,000.
