You probably don’t need more advice.

There’s already plenty of it online.

What you actually need is a way to decide what applies to you.

Before taking advice, ask yourself:

Where is this coming from?

Is this person licensed?

Are they accountable for the advice they give?

Or are they a “guru” telling you what to do — without having to live by it themselves?

Information without context doesn’t create clarity.

It creates noise.

Those “what if” questions don’t come up because you’re doing something wrong.

They come up when there’s no structure answering them.

When no one has clearly laid out what would happen if you passed away, got sick, or couldn’t work due to an injury, your mind fills in the blanks — usually with worry.

Structure doesn’t make life predictable.

It makes uncertainty manageable.

That’s why process reduces anxiety more than income ever will.
