Repossession Agents Wanted

We are currently seeking dependable and experienced Repossession Agents to perform asset recovery services in various communities across Manitoba on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:
• Locate and recover vehicles and/or equipment
• Complete vehicle appraisals as required
• Maintain professionalism during all interactions
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with applicable laws
Requirements:
• Previous repossession or related experience preferred
• Must have a clean criminal records check and qualify for a collector’s license.
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Must have computer skills for reporting purposes and a working mobile phone.

Stats from Destination Canada show a surge in inter-provincial trips, packed hotels, and rising international interest. Atlantic Canada led the way, but 89% of regions saw year-over-year growth.

It was a banner season that proved one thing clearly: Canadians are travelling more at home — and the world is noticing.

Making a Difference, One Package at a Time

At Trend Collection and Bailiff Services Ltd., we don’t just serve our clients—we serve our community. Recently, our team came together to assemble care packages for unhoused individuals, filled with essential items to provide comfort and hope. Packages were distributed to organizations in both Brandon and Winnipeg. Some kits will be carried with our field staff for needs they encounter while out and about.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the most vulnerable members of our community. Witnessing the gratitude from those we reach out to inspires us to continue finding ways to make a positive impact.

We’re incredibly proud of our team for their dedication and compassion in making this possible. Together, we’re creating change, one step at a time.
