For good reason, it is a legitimate planning strategy that, when used in the right circumstances, can reduce your lifetime tax bill and potentially save thousands of dollars. However, like most financial strategies, it is not the solution for every situation.

That is the focus of our upcoming webinar, When Not to Use the RRSP Meltdown. Adam Buss, our Wealth and Estate Planning Specialist, will explain how the strategy works, where the potential tax savings come from, and walk through examples of when an RRSP meltdown makes sense, and when it doesn’t.
