🏡 JUST APPROVED – Right on Time! ⏰

Some mortgage renewals are straightforward.

This one? Every time we checked a box, another challenge seemed to pop up.

The funny thing is, we started this renewal process four months before maturity, thinking we had plenty of time. But as often happens in the mortgage world, unexpected hurdles, document requests, lender requirements, and timing delays had other plans.

What made the difference was having a client who trusted the process.

They stayed patient, followed my guidance every step of the way, responded quickly when documents were needed, and never lost sight of the end goal. Because of that teamwork, we crossed the finish line and secured their renewal just before the deadline.

These are the files that remind me why starting early matters. Even when you think you have lots of time, life (and lenders!) can have other ideas.
