This test proves a home buyer is able to afford their mortgage payments as rates rise ⬆️

📈The qualifying rate is based on either the current benchmark rate or the rate your lender is offering plus 2% (whichever is higher)

Every homebuyer must complete this test, irregardless of their down payment! 🏡
