What an incredible week at the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Annual Meeting in Anaheim!

MDRT is a global association that recognizes excellence in the life insurance and financial services profession, bringing together some of the top advisors from around the world. 🌎

I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from the best of the best, gain new perspectives, and bring back ideas that will help me continue to grow for my clients, my team, and my goals. The speakers, sessions, and conversations were incredibly inspiring.💡

One of my favorite parts of the experience was connecting with professionals from all over the world who share the same passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact. 🤝

Grateful to have had the opportunity to speak at the Real Talk & Real Tips Sisterhood of Women in Business event.✨

I shared a few insights on what I’ve found to be most effective in growing a business — from using social media as a tool for visibility and trust-building, to getting out in the community through networking events, coffee chats, and building strong relationships with centres of influence.

One theme that continues to stand out for me is this: business growth is built on relationships and consistency. Not just being visible, but being intentional about how we show up for our clients, our networks, and our communities.

I also shared a reminder that often gets overlooked in entrepreneurship — the importance of celebrating the small wins along the way. Progress is built step by step, not all at once.

A big thank you to Wen Teoh for hosting such a meaningful event and creating a space for women in business to connect, learn, and support one another.💕
