She didn’t give up on homeownership — even when it had to wait. 🏡💙
A few years ago, my client found herself starting over with three children.
Her credit had taken some bruising during a difficult chapter in her life, and at that time, qualifying for a mortgage simply wasn’t possible. The home she had been living in was sold, and she moved into a rental while she began rebuilding.
And rebuild she did.
Since that time, she has worked incredibly hard to repair her credit, establish strong payment history, and put herself in a position to move forward. She has stayed focused on the goal of creating a home of her own for herself and her kids.
Today, that hard work has paid off.
She is officially purchasing a home in Whitehorse — all on her own. ❤️
This one means a lot.
Because sometimes a mortgage approval isn’t just about buying a house.
Sometimes it represents independence.
A fresh start.
Security for your children.
And proof that where you were a few years ago does not have to determine where you end up.
Congratulations to this incredible mama on becoming a homeowner again — this time on her own terms. 🏡✨
