Hardy - Colborne Insurance is looking for a motivated career minded individual to join and grow with our team. We are a brokerage in a smaller community and being involved in the community is a huge asset. We are willing to provide training for the right individual.
Requirements:
High school graduate
Insurance Broker level 1 or 2 preferred, but not required.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Fluent in MS Office and Excel an asset
Role:
Engage with clients in order to help determine their needs and advise in placing desired coverage
9-5 Monday to Friday
Fulfill all license requirements required by HCI and Alberta Insurance Council
Maintain a high standard of understanding in a changing insurance market.
Compensation:
A competitive salary based on experience.
Commissions on new policies to the office.
Cell Phone allowance annually.
