I know, I know… it’s been a while since I’ve updated here.

Truth is, I’ve just been busy doing what I do best. Helping people save money on mortgages. But I’m back, and I promise to sprinkle in some updates, a few rate tips, and maybe even the occasional bad mortgage pun.

Because let’s face it: interest rates shouldn’t be the only thing that’s funny around here.

And since fall is here 🍂… the leaves are dropping, and hopefully prime will too!

The Bank of Canada raised its benchmark interest rate to 1.25 per cent Wednesday and signalled that, barring certain risks, more hikes are likely in the rest of the year.
