Risk Management Planning (in conjunction with our Estate Planning Specialists and your Tax and Legal Professionals). Advisory and Professional Investment Management Services. These services are offered by way of the following:

Discretionary Portfolio Management (Don is one of a select number of qualified Raymond James Senior Portfolio Managers). The cost of portfolio management is an all-inclusive flat fee based upon assets under administration. Management of the portfolios is conducted under the rules set out within your individually customized Investment Policy Statement. All-Inclusive Flat Fee Portfolio Management (Non-Discretionary). The cost of the non-discretionary portfolio is done under an all-inclusive flat management fee. This eliminates the aggravation of commissions being charged for each transaction. Estate Planning Services. This service is offered in conjunction with our partners at Raymond James Trust as well as your legal professional. The services would include review/update of your Will and Power of Attorney and all subjects associated with said documents (ie: named executors and attorneys, efficient settlement of estate assets, potential dealing with the settlement of the estate to a trust, etc., to name a few). Life and Wealth Protection Services. Team member, Stephen Miziolek, Estate Planning Specialist, will conduct a thorough review of the Life and Wealth Protection that you currently have in place. He will also work in conjunction with your Accounting and Legal Professionals to ensure there is adequate coverage in place to protect your family assets. Corporate and Executive Compensation and Wealth Solutions. Working in conjunction with his/her professionals, we are able to customize solutions to meet particular needs of each executive. The solutions can range from Retirement Compensation Agreements (RCS's) and Individual Pension Plans (IPP's) through Complete Comprehensive Financial Plans. Corporate and Business Succession Services. In conjunction with team member Riaan Botha, our partners at Raymond James Trust and the individuals' tax and legal professionals, we will complete a comprehensive review of the current plan of our business client. We will review to ensure that all necessary paperwork is maintained current to meet the needs of the business owner. Documents to be reviewed will include (but not be exclusive) Shareholder Agreements, Estate Funding Arrangements, Holding Company Structure, Succession Plans, Corporate Will and Power of Attorney, Purchase and Sell Agreements, etc., to name a few.
