Every 5 years is a solid rule of thumb for reviewing your Will and Power of Attorney documents.

But the bigger trigger is life change.

Marriage, divorce, a new child or grandchild, a major purchase, a move, or changes in your health can all be reasons to take another look.

Karen has meant so much to Amity Trust over the years. Her kindness, steady presence, and genuine care left a lasting impact—not only through her work, but through the relationships she built and the support she gave every day. She was someone people could always count on, and that will truly be missed.
As she begins this next chapter, there’s no doubt it will be filled with the same warmth and joy she brought to those around her. Karen made Amity better simply by being part of it, and she leaves with heartfelt appreciation and best wishes for a happy, well‑deserved retirement.
