Well I had my first experience with Ag Direct as a rep.
Let me first tell you that A Fair Shake Hail Co. was started after a very bad experience with some of my neighbours. I was very upset at how they were treated by Ag Direct and in the end Ag Direct used every excuse in the book not to pay. So I was determined to make sure this didnt happen again. This is how A Fair Shake Hail Co - Independent Hail Representatives was created: to help farmers in this exact situation.
We are not here to get more or less but only what is fair.
Fast forward 4 years and I am pleased to say that I have finally been able to accompany Ag Direct on several adjustments.
I am so glad I did, because I was able to see exactly how they operate and what their adjustments are like. Let’s just say they tried to pull several fast ones by under assessing by huge amounts (5% vs 50+%) and by being ignorant, arrogant, and threatening. They also refused to give out reasoning and gave lame excuses as to why a field didn’t pay.
Luckily, I have done my due diligence by taking pictures and having witnesses and am ready to take action against this company. Because what they are doing to farmers is absolutely unfair.
Ag Direct sends out unprofessional, people with poor ability to use common sense, and this company is definitely not in business to pay money out.
They look for any reason not to pay.
