Four steps to find the belief that's actually running the show, and unhook from it. Get present. Feel what's stuck. Ask what's in the way. Then find what's true. Comment BLOG and I'll send you the post that walks through the whole thing.

The trap isn't the belief. It's the belief sitting on top of the belief.

S**t with a pink bow. I found the belief, then I found the trap sitting on top of it. Save this, read it twice, send it to someone stuck in the same loop.

I untangle women from limiting beliefs for a living. Hundreds of them, over twenty years.

My own, I couldn't see. Not for the longest time.

For years I thought mine was "I don't matter." I worked that one for real. Traced it back. Did the healing.

But underneath all of it was something I still couldn't see. The one almost every woman I sit across from has. I told myself I didn't have it.

New blog is up. The three layers, what was actually underneath them, and what happened when I finally looked.

Read it. Link in the comments.

I thought my limiting belief was "I don't matter." Underneath it was one I never saw coming, and one more under that. Here's what happened when I finally looked.

When you're in the picture, you can't see the frame. I fell off and called it failure. It wasn't. It's where you get stronger. And getting back on starts with lifting your energy.

I told women to stop digging into the wound. For years, I wasn't living it. Elevate first, then look at the money. I teach it. Menopause is what finally made me face my own misalignment. It's been the longest dark night of the soul. I secretly called it failure. I wondered if I was fooling myself about my purpose. Here's what I tell my clients. Falling off financial alignment happens to everyone. The real measure is how long it takes you to get back on. When you're in the picture, you can't see the frame. Falling off isn't failure. It's the part that makes you stronger. This is me stepping into a new level of leadership. I wrote the whole thing down. Comment BLOG and I'll send it to you.

The circle my stepdaughter led cracked something open in me. Falling off isn't the failure. It's where you get stronger. And getting back on starts with lifting your energy.

I told women to stop digging. For a long time, I wasn't living it. The practice is simple. Elevate first. Then look. And when you fall off, and you will, the only thing that matters is how fast you get back on. I wrote the whole thing down.

For her birthday, my stepdaughter Rebekah didn't want a party. She wanted to lead a circle.

Thirteen of us. Cacao, meditation, journaling. Watching her build a life she isn't apologizing for lit something up in me.

Because I've been in a dark night of the soul. Or maybe a dark night of the mind. I fell off. And I called it failure. I decided something was wrong with me.

It's so misguided. Falling off isn't the failure. It's where I get stronger. I come back wiser. More me. More embodied.

This is the work of stepping into my next version. The difficulty is necessary. It's part of my soul's journey.

And this week, my joy is coming back. I get to borrow from my thirty-year-old self and build on everything I already know. Now, in this new space, I have something I didn't have then.

I'm loving this part of me. Even the messy.

I wrote the whole thing down. The falling off, the coming back, why it has to happen.
