Adam Zia, CFA, joins Raven as a Senior Investment Associate, bringing nearly a decade of experience that spans early-stage venture to multi-billion-dollar transactions across venture, private equity, and private credit.

After banking, he began his investment experience at the International Finance Corporation, structuring investments in growing businesses across underserved emerging markets, before moving to direct private equity at BCI and, most recently, venture and growth-stage at S20 Capital.

His throughline has been backing businesses that widen access and compound through trust and long-term partnerships — the conviction that drew him to Raven. Based in Victoria, Adam is a dad to a toddler and an avid tennis and pickleball player.
