Being in the right room matters.
In financial services, “culture” can’t just mean showing up every week to hear the same person deliver the same message.
Real culture should expand your thinking. New voices. New perspectives. Proven leaders. Access to people who have already built at the level you’re trying to reach.
Because if you’ve been sitting in the same room, listening to the same voices, and wondering why you haven’t reached the next level...
Maybe you’re not stuck. Maybe you’re just staring at the same ceiling.

Some people don’t need more motivation.

They need somewhere powerful enough to put the drive, discipline and work ethic they already have.

If you recognize yourself in this, let’s talk.

DM me “MORE.”

Sometimes living in scarcity has nothing to do with what you have… and everything to do with what you’re afraid to go after.
We convince ourselves we need to know everything before we make a move.
We need the perfect timing.
We need to feel ready.
We need some guarantee that it’s all going to work out.
Life doesn’t work that way.

Bet on 🫵!

Your experience doesn’t have to come from finance to be valuable in financial services.

I didn’t have a finance background when I started. I brought the skills I already had and learned the rest.

Now our team just hit another promotion.

Sometimes you don’t need more experience. You need to see where the experience you already have can take you.

What skill from your current career would transfer anywhere?

There’s something different about recognition when you know what it represents. This Bulova wasn’t just earned through production. It represents building a **Balanced Business**, developing across all three sides of the business instead of relying on one area alone. 50/50/50 is the balance, and for me, that matters because I’m not interested in building something that only looks good from one angle. The watch is a great reminder of the work, the people, and the progress behind it. With our office being built around us right now, it feels like we’re only getting started. Recognition is great. **What you’re building matters more.** Keep building.

Some careers give you an income. Some give you flexibility. Some let you make an impact.

Finding something that can give you all three — and ownership of what you build — changes the conversation.

That’s what made me look at financial services differently.

Why not you?

A lot of successful people don’t struggle because they can’t do it.

They struggle because they think they need to know everything before they begin.

But every skill you’ve built in your career came from doing.
Sales.

Communication.
Leadership.
Problem solving.

You didn’t learn those by waiting until you felt ready.
You learned by getting in the game.

Financial services is no different.

The question isn’t:
“Do I know enough?”

It’s:
“Am I willing to learn?”

Because the people waiting for certainty before they start are usually still waiting.

The ones who start, learn, and improve?
They’re the ones who move forward.

You don’t have to blow up a good career to build something more.
Eddie and Maddie kept working, started part-time, and they’ve already earned their first promotion.
Sometimes the smartest move isn’t quitting.
It’s building your next option before you need it.
What are you building alongside your career?
