Paying off your mortgage early is a power move.

And if this is a goal you’ve been thinking about, you should also know you have options for accomplishing it.

You could…
✔️Increase your regular mortgage payment.
✔️Make lump sum payments (usually up to a certain limit).
✔️Accelerate your payment schedule by making weekly or biweekly payments.

There’s no wrong answer. Any one of these payment changes can help you pay off your mortgage faster.

❗Before you take the next step, check your mortgage terms and speak with your lender about your specific available prepayment options and limits.

Some days in this business really test how good you are at thinking on your feet. 😂

And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Low appraisals, last minute changes, tight closing dates, running the numbers again and again… there’s rarely a dull moment.

But solving problems, finding options and helping clients get to the finish line is exactly why I still love what I do.

There’s a lot that goes into helping someone with their mortgage, but the part I value most has always been the relationship.

I want my clients to feel comfortable calling me with questions, confident in the decisions they’re making, and know that I’ll be here when they need me again.

Some of the best parts have been working with the same clients through different stages of their lives and having them trust me enough to send their family and friends my way.

That will always mean more to me than simply getting a deal done.

I mean… what else would I be doing? 😂

I’m all for navigating a unique mortgage situation.

And I’ve been doing this long enough to know that there isn’t one mortgage solution that works for everyone.

☝There may be more lenders and options than you realize, and it’s my job to help direct you to the ones that make sense.
