I’ve spent years building wealth through real estate.
And I still believe in it.
Real estate is my thing.
But every investment has its season.
Right now, I believe we’re in a market where the smartest move for many investors is to hold great properties, stay patient, and accept that meaningful appreciation may take a few years.
There’s nothing wrong with that.
But while real estate waits…
Businesses don’t have to.
A well-run business can grow revenue, improve operations, increase cash flow, and create value regardless of where interest rates or property prices go.
That’s why I’m spending so much time studying business acquisitions.
Not because I’ve given up on real estate.
Because I think this is where the biggest opportunities are right now.
I’m looking to connect with people across North America who have bought, sold, or scaled businesses.
If you’ve acquired a business, what’s the one lesson that saved you the most time, money, or stress?
Let’s learn from each other.
