We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Professional to connect with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, and providing detailed information about our industry leading products and services. You may also be required to review customerโs existing policies and be knowledgeable of when a policy needs to be reviewed and/or upgraded.
To ensure success as an insurance customer service professional, you should always have a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to satisfy the clients needs. Ultimately, a top-class insurance customer sales professional is competent and efficient when providing information in our financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Learning and understanding company insurance products.
- Answering calls and responding to client queries.
- Accessing client accounts and policy details.
- Providing clients with detailed information about policies and products.
- Recommending and understanding available products.
- Assisting clients when a policy needs to be reviewed and/ or upgraded.
Requirements:
- Must Be Residing In Canada
- Licensed in LLQP or
- Willing To Be Licensed In LLQP
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Own Personal Computer
- Must Have Access To WiFi
- No Prior Experience Necessary
