At Spring, we’re dedicated to supporting founders and investors from equity-deserving groups. This includes embedding diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in all we do - from program design, to recruitment to promotion. DEIB isn’t just about policies and procedures - it’s recognizing that every human being deserves equitable access to opportunity and systemic changes are needed to make this happen.

Meta is now in direct contradiction with our values & vision and will harm many people who deserve to be respected & protected. So we won’t be engaging on Instagram or Facebook, or spend any ad budget on these platforms, while these dangerous new policies are in effect.
