One of the lenders slowed down with us, asked the right questions, and collaboratively unpacked the client’s first-year financials, future plans, and growth potential. Together, we built a strategy we felt confident presenting to credit. Despite only one solid year in business and limited personal recourse, the lender worked with us to structure a monitored financing solution.
The client was thrilled with the outcome. Even with the added reporting requirements, he secured the property, expanded his business, and preserved cash for working capital. After a strong second year, the enhanced monitoring was removed.
