One of the lenders slowed down with us, asked the right questions, and collaboratively unpacked the client’s first-year financials, future plans, and growth potential. Together, we built a strategy we felt confident presenting to credit. Despite only one solid year in business and limited personal recourse, the lender worked with us to structure a monitored financing solution.

The client was thrilled with the outcome. Even with the added reporting requirements, he secured the property, expanded his business, and preserved cash for working capital. After a strong second year, the enhanced monitoring was removed.

We successfully structured a zero down payment loan to finance both the purchase of 3 industrial strata units and the acquisition of a heavy-duty mechanic shop in Surrey, BC.

One of our many recent loan approvals. The proposed subdivision is called Sunset Ridge which comprises a Phased development featuring a total of 25 lots. Phase 1 includes a 9.55 acre site that is improved with a single-family home and barn, and two simple acreages measuring 5.50 and 5.05 acres. Phase 2 includes 22 bare land strata building lots that average approximately 0.30 acres in size.

Once the site servicing is complete within 2 to 3 months, the strata lots will come to market for sale. Axium Capital may take part in providing further single family construction financing to builders that acquire some of these lots.
