Prospero International Realty is a mid-sized real estate company focusing on the purchase and sale of real estate in British Columbia, and the management of investment properties. Lee founded Prospero in 1979 and his son Derek Lee has run the Company for the past ten years. ildings, shopping centres, office buildings or industrial buildings. Derek Lee has been successful in connecting clients wishing to sell their properties with investor groups looking to purchase revenue properties. Prospero has benefited from a core group of long-term property management and accounting staff, many of which have been with the company for over ten years. Each of the property managers have over twenty years of experience in the industry. By being a smaller company, Prospero is able to give greater attention to each property's and each investor's, particular requirements. The company has over 150 employees operating at properties; in the Okanagan, on Vancouver Island, and in Greater Vancouver. Besides Prospero's business successes, the company and the Lee Family are highly active in supporting the community and numerous charities in the Vancouver area.
