Congratulations to our incredible team members for placing first again in the simulated stock market game at the Down Syndrome Research Foundation's 2018 Up the Down Market dinner.

A huge thank you to the DSRF for hosting a fun event for a great cause. Over the last 25 years the annual Up the Down Market has raised over $3 million for individuals with Down syndrome.

Last week, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Galinski Pension and Benefits Law again in teaching the advanced course on Family Mediation – Dealing with Difficult Issues in Family Mediation, hosted by the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC (CLEBC). We are delighted to have supported the UBC’s Men’s Hockey program through the Thunderbird Hockey Scholarship Golf Classic held earlier this year. The UBC Men’s Hockey Alumni Fund provides scholarships for current and future UBC Men’s Hockey Athletes. One of our actuaries, Neil, and other members of this alumni group take their role as fundraisers, advisors, mentors and friends very seriously. We are proud to support an alumni group that forms such an important element in the personal development of these young athletes as they transition into varying professional careers.
