This concept includes Metro Vancouver’s new tallest building. Based on the artistic renderings, the tallest of the three towers would have a height close to 900 ft — exceeding the site’s view cone limiting heights to around 300 ft, which is the same view cone that severely constrained the height of the adjacent TELUS Garden office tower.

These are the first publicly available artistic renderings of Holborn Group's concepts for the redevelopment of downtown Vancouver's Hudson's Bay parkade.

I New downtown Vancouver office tower for Apple and Deloitte on the rise I

Altogether there will be 370,000 sq. ft. of total floor area, with Deloitte occupying 117,000 sq. ft., Spaces co-working taking 120,000, Apple taking 60,000 sq. ft., and Boston-based Northeastern University taking much of the remaining space.

Deloitte Summit, the new 24-storey office tower at the corner of the intersection of West Georgia Street and Homer Street, is now quickly gaining height.
