Role Summary:
The selected candidates will be provided with support and training to help them flourish throughout their career as a Mortgage Brokers with DLC Clear Trust Mortgages. The mortgage broker will have ongoing support from our team leader. The outlook for this position is to grow in to a knowledgeable professional and build your own team/business. This position is 100% commission.
Clear Trust Mortgages offer full support and sales training through:
*Regular personalized coaching
*Strategic business planning
*Goal setting
*Lender workshop
*Relationship building activities
*Marketing and Social Media Training
*Realtor in-house placement
Duties and Responsibilities:
Taking inbound leads, online, by phone, or in person and converting these to closed mortgage applications.
Developing relationships with business partners and referral sources.
Working closely with our lending partners to ensure a smooth mortgage process.
Compensation:
We also offer a very competitive commission structure. Full-time, Commission, Permanent
Income of $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 PLUS per year!
