Forum Energy Metals Corp. (TSX.V: FMC; OTCQB: FDCFF) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to $3,000,000 through the issuance of up to 22,222,222 flow through shares (the “FT Shares”) at a price of $0.135 per FT Share. Proceeds raised from the issuance of the FT Shares will be used by Forum to conduct a 2,000 metre drill program on its Nunavut Uranium Project in July, 2023 and mobilization of equipment and supplies in preparation for a 2024 drill program. Forum holds a 100% interest in 95,000 hectares of highly prospective ground for high grade, unconformity-style uranium deposits in the Thelon Basin, a geological analogue to the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan.

Conducted by John G. Payne, Ph.D., P.Geo., of Surrey, B.C, Canada, the study describes the petrography of sampled stibnite mineralization and confirms the discovery of three high-grade stibnite-bearing epithermal zones in the propylitically altered areas above what the Company’s model concludes to be another deeper Cu-Ag-Au, Zn-Mo porphyry mineralized system; geologically analogous to Jaxon’s Netalzul Mountain and Red Springs porphyry targets.

Forum Energy Metals Corp. (TSX.V: FMC; OTCQB: FDCFF) and Traction Uranium Corp. are pleased to announce they have commenced an airborne magnetic, electromagnetic (EM) and radiometric survey on Forum’s 100%-owned Grease River Project, located along the north rim of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The helicopter-borne survey will be conducted using a New Resolution Geophysics specially designed Xcite™ Time Domain Electromagnetic System. The 1,290 line-km survey will be conducted at a 100 metre line spacing over the entire Grease River claims totaling 10,528 hectares along the Grease River Shear Zone.

Jaxon Mining Inc. (TSX.V: JAX, FSE: 0U31, OTC: JXMNF) is pleased to announce it has received the first version from Geotexera of the inverted deep IP data from the geophysical survey conducted by SJ Geophysics in 2021 over Netalzul Mountain. This first set of inverted data has been used to update Jaxon’s conceptual geological models and to generate more precise projections of the size, location and orientation of the Netalzul Mountain porphyry system. After the MT and other datasets have been inverted, the projections will be used to generate more accurate vectors that will be used in future drilling programs. The Company expects to publish a full report including an updated 3D geological model including the design of the anticipated test drilling program in Q2-Q3 of 2023.

PJX Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that results from Vancouver Petrographics’ thin section and polished section analyses of rock samples from the Estella Basin support porphyry copper-gold deposit type potential on the Dewdney Trail Property. Deposit potential is also supported by large (5 km diameter) ring features in airborne magnetic data that may define the margins of collapsed plutons at depth. Porphyry copper-gold deposits often occur above and along pluton margins.
