I realized something today. 🤔

At 7am, I went ALL OUT in the gym, but then my cardio was STEADY afterwards for 45 minutes.

I used to go all out on my cardio thinking the harder I worked, the more weight I lose. While that is all great and good, I didn't realize I also lost all the muscle I work twice as hard to get. Not the results I want.

So when I spoke to my team, they told me to do a max heart rate of 140bpm, which for me is a light jog.

I'm used to going all out and realized this hack that can be used in all areas of my life...

EVERYTHING WE DO HAS TO BE STRATEGIC and PLANNED OUT!

It isn't left to chance. That sometimes, you actually get better results by working smarter, not harder. We are taught to work hard at one thing, when we don't see the big picture and it might not be as beneficial as you think. 💪

I'm not saying hard work is a bad thing, but there is a time and place for it.
