We don't always know someone's full story or lived experience. Asking open questions and actually listening to the answers are two of the most powerful tools you have.

A day we won't forget. 💛

There's a line in our event song about an "angel in the hallway" and it's real.
Mid-afternoon, as the room was full of music, laughter, and women showing up with their whole hearts — a golfer walked by. He stopped and asked a volunteer what was going on. She explained what we were doing and mentioned we were just short of our fundraising goal.

He said: "I'll cover that."

A cheque arrived Monday for $5,000 and just like that, we crossed $40,000 for Dress for Success Vancouver. 🙌

We believe that kind of magic happens when the highest energies meet. Your goodwill and joy spread into that hallway and called it in.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open minds and open hearts, and helped create the shift towards empowerment!
