Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some feedback…

I want to create a short 4-week course that is going to teach homeowners how to pay off their mortgage faster, saving them $100,000 + of interest but unsure of their first steps.

Once the course is completed participants will be able to gain a sense of peace and stability because they will be able to take years off mortgage which is something I’m sure they all want to achieve.

Bank of Canada maintains policy rate, continues quantitative tightening. Since March 2022, 10 of the 16 BOC rate announcements have resulted in increases going from .25% to 5.25%. Will we see a reduction next time?

The Bank of Canada today held its target for the overnight rate at 5%, with the Bank Rate at 5¼% and the deposit rate at 5%.

APRIL STATS ARE OUT!
In April 2023, greater Vancouver experienced rising prices and sales rebounding. This represents a strong spring market and tells us home buyers are returning with confidence after a challenging year. The Bank of Canada has paused with interest rates hikes and this resulted in more stable mortgage rates. The latest MLS data show home prices have increased about five per cent year-to-date, which already outpaces our forecast of one to two per cent by year-end. MORTGAGE HACK FOR UPCOMING MORTGAGE RENEWALS & FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS: Imagine going to the casino and playing most of your disposable income for the next 20 years on one hand. Now, imagine sending out a network of elves to go to every casino to play several hands and without having to make any bets, but you get to choose the best hand in the lot and put your money there.
