Today the Bank of Canada increased their key interest rate from 0.25% ➡️ 0.5%

What does that even mean? 🤔

This means that the Prime rate on a variable mortgage or line of credit is expected to increase really soon. Currently the prime rate is 2.45% so expect an increase by 0.25%

Congratulations to this supermom on graduating from her MASTERS program at UBC! 🎓🎉

She embarked on her nursing journey as a single mom with 4 kids juggling us while cramming for exams and hammering away at multiple papers. This was an incredible feat while her kids had their own school to go through in high school and elementary. Over the years she has worked in multiple nursing positions at Surrey Memorial Hospital and teaching others at UBC while having to overcome the new challenges in this digital world.

Today she is officially a graduate from UBC with the the achievement of Master of Health Leadership Policy! 😄😃😊

Final day for the Elite Clothing Drive!!

Thank you everyone that visited me in Langley to drop off clothing items! Your generous donations goes toward the Auxiliary program with BCCH, which funds mental wellness, child life programming and other support centres.

Elite Lending is partnering up with BC Children's Hospital to participate in a clothing drive event on April 10 where The Salvation Army will pay BCCH per pound of clothing collected.

Each dollar that is generated from the clothing drive will go back to the Auxiliary program with BCCH which will provide funds towards Mental wellness, child life programming and other support centres.

Starting next week April 5th to April 9th, you're more than welcome to drop off clothing items to the Elite Lending Office. Also, if you would prefer to drop off clothing to me in Langley, send me a DM and we can arrange a drop-off time prior to April 5th.
