Last year was one of the most challenging and transformative seasons of my life. Balancing the demands of a growing family while building and managing a growing business pushed me in ways I had never experienced before. There were long days, late nights, and countless moments that tested my resilience, faith, and perseverance. Feeling incredibly grateful as I look back on 2025. This year has been such a blessing in my mortgage journey—exceeding my target volume in only my second year at is something I don’t take lightly.

A low rate sounds great, but it’s not the only thing that matters when choosing a mortgage in Canada. You also need to consider factors like:

👉 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 for breaking or refinancing your mortgage early
👉 𝗔𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 and term length
