Our Stratis + Sphere Summer Social was one for the books! ☀️

Yesterday we spent the day at 6Pack Beach battling it out over dodgeball, badminton and volleyball — followed by a delicious BBQ, lots of laughs and some much-needed time to hang out outside the office. 🫶

Because work is better when you genuinely enjoy the people you work with.

Our President, Anna Chan, recently had the opportunity to join The Bloom Group ‘s You’re Hired! Work Program for an engaging employment workshop.

Anna shared her journey as a business owner and entrepreneur, including the challenges she’s faced, lessons she’s learned, and the importance of confidence, resilience, and believing in yourself when building your career.

We’re also incredibly grateful to everyone who donated to our community initiative. Because of your generosity, we were able to put together 7 care packages to give to the participants 💜

It was so meaningful to connect, share, and give back—and we’re grateful to The Bloom Group for the opportunity to be part of such an inspiring program.

Please join us in welcoming Connor McMillen, our new Client Service Advisor!

Connor recently moved from Penticton to Vancouver to kick-start his insurance career with Stratis after completing his FOI.

With a BA in English & Cultural Studies from UBC and a Research Analyst Certificate from Humber Polytechnic, he brings a strong background in communication, research, and analysis to the team.

When he’s not at work, Connor enjoys running and spending time with friends and family. 🏃‍♂️
