📍 Québec City, professional development, and a few unexpected adventures.
Kelly and Ryan, attended CPA Canada’s The ONE Conference in Québec City, joining professionals from across the country to learn, connect, and explore new ideas shaping the future of our profession.
The trip started bright and early with a 5:50 AM sunrise arrival, setting the stage for a few days filled with insightful sessions, meaningful conversations, and valuable takeaways that they have brought back to our clients and team.
Québec City provided plenty of memorable moments along the way, including a walk past the Hotel Clarendon, a place that brought back childhood memories, and an unexpected encounter with the Québec City Marathon, which made crossing the street nearly impossible! 🏃♂️
One highlight that won't surprise anyone who knows Kelly - Skipping the conference lunch in favor of a nearby Harvey's. When given the choice between conference sandwiches and one of her favorite burger spots, the decision was an easy one. 🍔
From great meals and conversations with colleagues and peers to a few well-earned dirty martinis after a full day of sessions, it was the perfect blend of professional development and relationship building. 🍸
